The shipping was frustrating. They gave one delivery estimate, but my order took way longer than that, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I kept checking it, thinking maybe it would update, but... nothing really. It did eventually show up, just late. If I needed something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t risk ordering from them again.

"Easy order, shipping updates were a bit slow"
Ordering from franklinsportsgear.com was easy overall. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was smooth with no weird issues. I’m sure the confirmation email came through right away, maybe the same day or the next morning, I can’t remember exactly. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping updates felt a little slow, and I ended up checking back on my own a couple times. Other than that, everything was fine and the item showed up in good shape.

"The return process has been dragging on"
I reached out about the warranty and it took quite a while to hear back, and the return still hasn’t been fully sorted out. I get that delays happen, but a simple return can really shape how you feel about buying from a company again. I’m still hoping it gets resolved soon.

"Pretty hit or miss, but okay for the price"
I ordered a few things from franklinsportsgear.com, and it was kind of hit or miss. Some items felt like a decent deal for what I paid, while others were just average and not quite what I was hoping for. The prices are fair, so I can’t really complain too much, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away either.

I picked up a few things from franklinsportsgear.com for weekend games with my kids, and I’ve been happy with them. The ball and gloves have gotten plenty of use and they’re still in good shape, with no loose seams or odd wear so far. Shipping was fine too. Nothing was absolutely perfect, but any little quirks weren’t a big deal to me, especially since the gear has held up well overall.

The fit was pretty much right for me. The sleeves were maybe just a tiny bit long, but not enough to really bother me. I guess if you’re between sizes, maybe...
